Through a blend of intuitive insight and diverse holistic modalities, my focus is to help you align with your higher self while remaining centered and present in everyday life.
The greatest wisdom I feel I have learned as a practitioner and mentor is the innate beauty of uniqueness and individuality. Every person comes into this world with their own special blueprint that is unlike anyone else's in this universe. Although we may draw from similar tools and practices, each journey is guided by an inner voice. When that voice is given the attention and love it truly deserves, it becomes an endless fountain of profound personal wisdom guiding the individual towards growth, fullness and joy.

The Sacred Roots Mentorship: Root & Rise program is a one-on-one journey for those who are tired of the bullshit and ready to do the work to meet themselves in the deepest way.
This is for the people who long to grow true reliance through softening into their body, reclaiming lost pieces of themselves, and turning their pain into wisdom.

Root to Revelation
A psychic & intuitive development program to strengthen your gifts, deepen self-trust, and connect with Spirit.

This 1:1 development program is for those who are ready to explore and strengthen their psychic abilities in a supportive, grounded, and sacred space.
Over the course of three weeks (or six, if bi-weekly), you’ll learn to work with your energy, trust your inner knowing, and communicate with Spirit from a place of clarity and confidence. We’ll work together to cultivate your unique intuitive gifts, uncover energetic blocks, and help you move from doubt to trust as you dive into your inner knowing.

Reiki Fellowship
An initiation into Reiki energy, self-healing, and intuitive embodiment. Level 1 - Alchemy of Self
Alchemy of Self is the first level in the Reiki Fellowship journey. A 1:1, 6-week program designed to awaken the healer within you.
This is your initiation into the world of Reiki—not just as a technique, but as a path of inner transformation. Through guided energy practices, intuitive exploration, and teachings passed down from lineage, you'll learn to work with Reiki as a tool for self-healing, empowerment, and spiritual alignment.
Tore has helped me build a solid foundation for me to continue growing and building my spiritual journey. Overall, I am more grounded and because of that I am more in control / aware of my emotions. Tore taught me tools to learn how to calibrate my chakras, reflect without judging myself, and tap into my spirit guides for help and guidance.

Tore is definitely tapped in with spirit. Our first visit I was pretty defeated and in much need of guidance. As soon as he entered the space my soul relaxed, I cried most of the session, releasing a lot of pinned up angst. He gave me considerable insight on things that were happening in my life and why and what I needed to do going forward. A ton of bricks were lifted off my shoulders that day and I can honestly say I feel like a new person. I suffered horribly from suicidal ideation, I mean all day every day!
