Program Overview:
Session 1 – Foundations of the Psychic Self
We’ll begin with the essentials—tools, language, grounding, and intuitive safety. You’ll experience your first psychic exercise, receive personalized energy work, and start uncovering how your shadow may be influencing your spiritual connection.
Session 2 – Shadow & Sensory Awareness
We go deeper into your intuitive shadows and blocks while exploring how psychic sensitivity and emotional awareness are connected. You’ll learn energy protection, cleansing rituals, and explore the use of intuitive tools.
Session 3 – Trust, Spirit Connection & Integration
In our final session, we focus on integration. You’ll practice tuning into your psychic senses with more confidence, learn how to connect with your spirit guides, and explore how to maintain groundedness while staying open to intuitive messages.
