Deep Healing Sessions: prebook preferred With more time you are able to get a fuller experience ranging from 1-4 targeted areas to a full body massage. These sessions are heavily infused with energy work and may include abdominal, scalp, face, foot and hand massage if requested or indicated. We integrate Swedish techniques with myofascial release, deep tissue, structural balancing, and Japanese reiki massage to provide a comprehensive healing experience. 45 min • $90 60 min • $120 90 min • $180 Mini-sessions: Walk-ins welcome, call or text ahead, first come first serve. These sessions are conducted over the clothes, typically in the massage chair or on the table if needed. We will have the opportunity to work on one or two targeted areas (ie upper back, neck, hips, etc.). These sessions also integrate energy work to help release stored tension. 10 min • $20 20 min • $40 30 min : $60 Add ons: $30 with any Massage over 20 min*** Please select and add your upgrade before checkout. Aromatherapy: By using natural and organic essential oils we are able to stimulate the body and brain to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This is a great complimentary service to any massage to reduce stress and uplift the mood using natural scents. Cupping: This therapy can be used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation and detox the body by using glass or silicone suction cups to create negative pressure on the skin. This is great for anyone, especially athletes. Cupping can also be used to open the body's energy channels. Chakra Scan: Receive an in-depth analysis of your chakras. How they are flowing & how to support them moving forward. This is a great tool to continue healing while off the table.
