Cultivating your Inner Temple: Guided Meditation & Workshop

Spend your evening getting to know your Inner World, building a sense of peace and serenity within. During our time together we will be exploring our individual Temple found within our heart center. Using guided meditation, breath, and visualization we can find a home within ourselves. Through practice and cultivation this allows us to find a safe point to whenever life gets turbulent. Be prepared for some journaling, sharing and most of all a fun! One of the primary goals of this workshop is activate the Inner Child and bring forth imagination and wonder. We will also be investing in various releasing ceremonies decided by the collective upon arrival! Ceremonial Tea will be provided during and through the event! We hope to see you there.

Please be sure bring a journal and something to write with. Wear cozy clothes, we will be moving around a little bit.

Please note that this workshop is being held on Saturday at the end of the Golden Gaia: Unleash your Inner Gladiator and Goddess Expo. The Expo will be held Sat & Sun, $10 entry fee separate from the workshop cost.
