Hi friends! My name is Salvatore Sol. I’m a healer, spiritual educator, and part-owner of Sol & Root Wellness.

My journey began by reading Tarot at local markets in the Austin metro area. Eventually, I expanded my reach to San Antonio, eager to connect with more people. During that first year, I used my self-taught knowledge of crystal healing and aromatherapy to support others. Along the way, through attending local metaphysical markets, I had the privilege of meeting phenomenal teachers and mentors. That chapter led me to Reiki—a path that completely transformed my life.

Seeing, feeling, and hearing energy became my new reality. I fell in love with the practice and spent the next three years exploring, growing, and discovering the kind of healer I wanted to become. I chased dreams, made mistakes, and through it all, learned the power of resilience. These experiences helped me reconnect with my path and remember my truth.

In those years, I learned how to open the Akashic Records, became a licensed massage therapist, completed my Reiki Master training, and studied with the greatest teacher of all—time. I discovered that in order to become the healer I aspired to be, I first needed to heal myself. And while that healing is a lifelong journey, I now dedicate my work to helping others find their own divinity and truth through the skills I’ve cultivated.

And so, Sol & Root Wellness was born.
